Three Amigos Cozumel
Three Amigos is a restaurant based on the 1986 American movie with the same name. It is a theme of the restaurant and makes for a fun experience! They offer traditional local Mexican food and flavors as well as typical American style options and even some Mexican-American twists. They have good food and drinks and the service is great!

Fat Tuesday is the only typical “chain” restaurant in the Puerta Maya pier port area.

Mi Pueblito
Great local option just outside the port area. They have excellent authentic Mexican food, great customer service all for great prices! It is a short walk from the Puerta Maya and International pier port areas (it is actually between the piers). Well worth the walk and you will be treated like family! Amazing food made with fresh ingredients, great drinks and cold beer make for a fantastic meal. One of the best and highest rated truly local restaurants.
Al Chile
Al Chile is located between the Puerta Maya and International cruise port areas, just across the street. They have great food and a fun atmosphere. They are know for very large mixed drinks and “interesting” balloon hats! They are a short walk from the port with reasonable prices, cheap cold beer and great service.
San Juan Restaurant and Bar
San Juan Restaurant and Bar is directly across the street from the International Pier and a slight walk (North) from the Puerta Maya pier. They offer authentic Mexican dishes, great drinks with friendly staff and free Wi-Fi.
Ernesto’s
Ernesto’s is about two blocks north of the International Pier port area along the Malecon and has a beautiful location right on the water. They have authentic Mexican food, cheap beer and good mixed drinks all for reasonable prices. Wi-Fi is also complimentary here. They also have Jeep rentals here as well!
Paprika Mexican and Caribbean Kitchen
Paprika is a few blocks north of the International Pier along the Malecon. They offer authentic Mexican food and drinks all for an affordable price. The service is great and they offer a large food selection as well!
Punta Langosta Pier
Alberto’s Downtown
Closest restaurant to the Punta Langosta pier. The offer authentic Mexican cuisine and drinks. They are well know for their seafood especially the lobster, grouper and shrimp.
Colores Y Sabores
Colores Y Sabores is just two blocks north of the Punta Langosta pier (past Senor Frog’s). They have delicious authentic Mexican food with generous portion sizes. They are also able to adjust their menu to take into account special dietary needs (gluten free, vegan or vegetarian)
Casa Cuzamil
Casa Cuzamil is a bit of a walk from the Punta Langosta pier but worth it! It is three block north and 1 block inland (east) from the pier. They have authentic Mexican cuisine and drinks and have shaded outdoor seating on their rooftop deck. Locals frequent this restaurant as well for it authentic cuisine, atmosphere and service.
